Privacy at GreyX
This notice explains what the current GreyX website handles, why it is handled, and how to ask about your information.
Data collected by the website
The website does not currently provide accounts, a contact form, advertising cookies, or client-side analytics. Public pages and sample files can be viewed or downloaded without providing an email address.
Hosting and technical logs
GreyX is hosted on Vercel. Like other hosting providers, Vercel may process request and security data such as IP address, date and time, requested path, browser or device details, and approximate location derived from an IP address. GreyX uses this infrastructure to deliver and protect the website.
Email inquiries
Contact links open your own email application. If you email GreyX, you choose what to send; this may include your name, email address, company, project context, budget, timing, and attachments. Your email provider and GreyX’s email provider process that message under their own terms.
How information is used
GreyX uses inquiry information to reply, assess project fit, prepare requested next steps, maintain relevant business records, and protect communications and systems. Information is not used for unrelated automated decision-making.
Sharing and service providers
GreyX does not sell or rent personal information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to host the website or deliver email, with professional advisers when necessary, or when disclosure is required to comply with law or protect rights and security.
Retention
Inquiry and project correspondence is kept only while it is reasonably needed to evaluate or deliver work, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal and security obligations. Information is deleted or anonymized when those purposes no longer apply.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information. Email hello@greyx.dev to make a request or ask a privacy question. GreyX may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Changes to this notice
This notice will be updated before GreyX introduces a contact form, analytics, cookies, or additional processors. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new update date.
